Shipping Service

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, ensuring secure and reliable delivery directly to your address.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary based on order time, delivery location, and public holidays. Estimated delivery details are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery Delays: During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer. Please allow 3–5 working days before contacting support regarding delays.

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders promptly according to the following schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed by 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day

  • Saturday: Orders placed by 11:00 AM are dispatched the same day

Orders placed outside these times will be dispatched on the next working day. Dispatch and delivery are not guaranteed on Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.

Postcode & Location Restrictions

Delivery times may be extended for remote or offshore locations, including but not limited to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Channel Islands

Certain postcodes may experience limited or delayed services due to courier restrictions.

Weekends & Holiday Handling

During peak periods such as Christmas, public holidays, or promotional sales, dispatch and delivery times may be extended. Any changes or delays will be clearly communicated on the product or checkout pages.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time through the Royal Mail tracking system.
